1️⃣ How long do I have to return my package?
- You have 14 days after you have (received) your package to return it to us.
2️⃣ How long does it go before I get my money back?
- After we receive your package, we review it & confirm content - this can take a few weekdays. Then the refund will be started & you will therefore receive your money back within 1-3 business days.
3️⃣ How do I send the package back?
- You send us an email where you will receive a link to our Return Portal & Guide. Follow the entire instructions to get your package returned on real
4️⃣ For what reasons do I have to return my order?
- You must return your order no matter what - you may have regretted the purchase, can't fit it, don't think it's in its desired condition, feel you have got too little for the money or similar. Just it is done within 14 days.
5️⃣ Do I get all my money back or just some of the amount?
- You receive full refund ex. freight.
You can return your item/goods if they are damaged or defective - but also if you just can't fit it or regret your purchase. We cannot offer to send a new item to you as the products are not in stock and are in limited numbers, so you will therefore receive full refund on the amount and not a new product.
Once your return item has been received and inspected we will send you an email to give you notice that we have received your returning item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically repaid on your credit card or the original payment method within a few days.
If you haven't received a refund yet please check your bank account again. Then you can try contacting your bank. There is often some treatment time before a refund is published.
